I’ve been a loyal Net-a-Porter customer, but this recent experience has completely changed that. I returned a pair of unworn shoes, tried on once indoors, following every step of their return process correctly and promptly. Weeks later, I was told the shoes had scratches and were “unfit for return.” This is simply not true. If the item was damaged, it arrived that way. I spent over $4k and had to return (within 4 days). No record of my order or return. On hold with chat and phone forever. This is not the way to treat customers who drop thousands of dollars on every order. Stay VERY FAR AWAY from Net A Porter!
