I wish Id seen these reviews before dealing with them. Dropped my laptop off for a screen replacement. They have held my laptop hostage for a month. Staff tells you something different depending on who you talk to. Staff passes the blame for mistakes back and forth. Given 3 different ETA for screen by Dan and never came through. When my wife continued to follow up and questioned why there were so many issues
The are hacks and not in the sense of talented hackers, they tried to fix my computer twice, didn't call me when they had problems, made me wait EXTRA long after telling me it would take two days and then the didn't install the OP properly so my computer became deactived in a couple weeks because it didn't have a proper product code. Please don't go to them because they offer the most reasonable price it will cost you a computer- so just go to best buy or any of their other competitiors!!
I was served with a smile before and after my services. All kinds of laughter and good constructive advice were coming at me. I was so pleased with the service that I received in 2009.
My computer booted and ran only hours before, after which some hardware changes took place after a standard shut down. The service people claimed my OS was corrupted. I called shenanigans, and came right down to see what they were talking about. With everything reseated, my computer was now booting to a "Damaged OS" screen. I was sad about this. The man told me that the standard utility wouldn't work (He hadn't ran it, he said he would let it run it) and that he would have to reinstall vista/format my HD. This meant data rec... read more
I've dealt with this small owner-run company for years. Their service is first class, I buy my computers from them so as to have their after-purchase help when I need it. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants someone to call when the computer gets sick. (I have no financial interest and I'm not in any way related to the owners)
