I hired Natalie from this company to clean my empty house after we moved out for the new owners 2 weeks ago. She agreed to come at 12:00pm on Saturday. When I confirmed the time the day prior she moved it back to 2:30pm, which was completely inconvenient. We waited for her to arrive from 2:30-3:30pm. She said she was on her way and never came. After many phone calls and texts, she did not respond and never showed up. Needless to say the new owner were upset and so are we.
ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!! I’ve been using them for over 5 months now and I love their service and the attention to details when it comes to cleaning my house. 5 stars isn’t enough. We had a guest coming to town and Jaqline went above and beyond to make sure I got a cleaning crew sent to us the same day. Thank you guys
Responsiveness, Quality Natalya came to our rescue when we needed a thorough cleaning of our house. The previous tenants left many of their remnants behind, and luckily Natalya took care of it. They first started in the kitchen for about 2 1/2 hours, from the corners to the dishwasher and even cleaned our houseware appliances. Worst customer service and a very unprofessional company I have ever seen in my life. My old workers moved away so I thought to call this company for a cleaning and all they did was promise me to come certain day and time and never showed up. I even told her that my schedule is very tight and in order for them to come to my house I have to take a day off from my job so that I could meet them and they can start their work but all they did was have me wait the whole time and wasted my time and money for three days which I took... read more
