He listens to you and explains everything thoroughly. Great bedside manner. He literally saved my life years ago. He found a life-threatening problem while I was in the hospital and all the other doctors were going to send me home but, he thought to check something else and if he hadn't found the problem I would have been dead very soon. There are no better doctors than he is and certainly no neurologists.
Dr. Punay literally saved my life several years ago. Is extremely honest with his suspicions and testing results so that I was never in the dark about my problems. I am now back with him with several other problems and feel I am where I belong once again. He is trustworthy and has a great sense of humor. And this is so important to me. I feel secure in his evaluations of my problems. Wonderful Dr.!

Dr. Punay is an excellent doctor. He takes his time and explains everything in great detail. Love his staff.
He is as down to earth as any Neurologist that you are ever going to meet. I enjoy visiting with him, But his office staff is terrible. They give you the run around when you ask basic questions like insurance referrals or scheduling... Terrible office staff. also the average wait time I have had is almost two hours to see him.
We saw the Dr. once and liked his honesty and treatment plan, but his office staff is horrible!! They will lie and give you the run around like you're stupid. The don't have any sympathy. His nurse is nice but you can't depend on them to answer any questions. They don't like that. They gave us the run around when we were trying to get a return to work form filled out for over a month. They lied and said they faxed it when they didn't. Finally, they discharged my husband with no explanation!!
Dr Punay is a excellent doctor who is very thorough with all his patients.
