Horrible! They left me in the waiting room for over an hour, only to tell me that they needed to reschedule my appointment because they were short-staffed! They acted like I inconvenienced them, instead of the other way around.
STILL waiting on my refund, it's been 3.5 months. Donna says it was refunded 5/6/24 and now 8 days later still not in my bank account. Contacted my bank and they say they contacted my bank for a approval to refund my debit card which was granted, but NO REFUND. Donna has been going back and forth with thier CORPORATE OFFICE. I'VE CALLED THEM 3 TIMES MYSELF and NO RESPONSE. Seeking legal help now BECAUSE THIS IS RIDICULOUS. Knowing everybody in Brevard County because I'm born and raised here, I'll be telling everyone.
