I had one of the best fishing trips in my like with my son. Right from the time I arrived at the base to the time we left we felt completely welcomed! Did a day trip into Arrow Lake, we landed at around 840 and out of minnows by 11:30, the number of fish we caught was fun. We had a nice little shore lunch shortly before the fantastic pilot Ben came back to get us! We just got home from our week at the Clear Lake Outpost. Nestor Falls Fly-In is a top notch outfit! Every person we came in contact with at Nestor Falls Fly-In was incredible. Our pilot Emily, Mike working the desk, Doreen! the office contact person, and the dock crew loading the planes and moving our vehicles. FANTASTIC, every one of them. The Outpost met our every need. Had an awesome time on Keeper Lake this past week with Nestor Falls Fly-In! Fishing was great, couldn't throw a hook without catching a walleye or northern, after a day or two we found some big northern as well. Cabin was well kept, bigger that I was expecting, had everything we needed including a covered BBQ and shore lunch pavilion, cooking stuff, boats ran well, etc. Flights were super smooth thanks to our pilot and staff was the best, even valed the truck and had it ready to go at the dock for us when we got back!
