We had a great experience at Eng Orthodontics. My son felt comfortable with the orthodontist and techs as he was getting his braces, and every part of the process has been seamless and professional.
My best friend has a expander and she said she loved the person that was doing it and the service was great
They submitted a $7000 treatment plan to my insurance which was denied twice. They then sent me a $7000 monthly payment plan in order to pay for the treatment. A treatment they never discussed with me. I have no idea what they want to do with my child. I could assume it has to do with braces. But why do they think she needs braces? How long will the treatment last? What are the effects if we don’t do the treatment? They didn’t discuss anything. PTSD, Diabetes, Mental Disorders, Seizures… Do you suffer from any of the above listed? Do you have a certified service dog to help with these issues? If so, DO NOT GO HERE WHAT SO EVER. I recently drove my daughter 3 hours for her appointment and the “welcoming” staff told me my CERTIFIED PTSD service dog was not welcome and that she needed to go to the car, mind you it was 94 degrees that day and really!?
