I really think the staff and doctors are good at what they do. I think they try hard to be timely and efficient. They're willing to communicate and listen and answer questions.
We had a great experience at Eng Orthodontics. My son felt comfortable with the orthodontist and techs as he was getting his braces, and every part of the process has been seamless and professional.
My best friend has a expander and she said she loved the person that was doing it and the service was great
They submitted a $7000 treatment plan to my insurance which was denied twice. They then sent me a $7000 monthly payment plan in order to pay for the treatment. A treatment they never discussed with me. I have no idea what they want to do with my child. I could assume it has to do with braces. But why do they think she needs braces?
