I had a very frustrating experience with nestled. After paying a fortune and ordering a glider for my nursery, I was told 5 days after the glider was delivered that there was a mistake and they delivered the wrong item. The customer service team was frankly quite rude and did not take any accountability for the mistake and the inconvenience that this has caused. I had no intention of buying anything, I just went to look at the products (Burlington location) and to determine which ones I like. Cindy and Aidan helped me and I bought a bouncer, a stroller, additional pieces, a crib, a bed, sheets and oh my so much more. They are wonderful salespeople and I really felt cared for.
A couple of weeks ago we visited Nestled to pick out a crib and mattress. They have alot of options to choose from and the customer service we received from Nina was excellent and we highly recommend this store. Thanks again Nina for all your help. We are really happy with our purchase.

The customer service was impeccable! Even though I didn’t purchase anything from the store, Aidan was able to assist me finding me the crib and dresser that I wanted . He responded all my emails very promptly and courteously. If I live close to the store I will definitely buy what I need. I will highly recommend this store to any parent or person in need of baby gear and furniture.
