My husband and I enjoyed picking out our first bay crib. I was so pleasantly surprised to see how many floor models they had available to browse through, and I actually saw the Beckett crib on display in the colour I liked when looking online before hand. Nina was helping us and made the experience so much more enjoyable and helpful. She gave us great tips on which conversion kits to buy based on baby’s growth and even used her own personal experience with kids to support her logic. We had the greatest experience with Nina today. She was beyond helpful with our nursery furniture, and setting up our registry for our first baby. Nina was knowledgeable with all of the products, and made the whole experience fun.

I had a very frustrating experience with nestled. After paying a fortune and ordering a glider for my nursery, I was told 5 days after the glider was delivered that there was a mistake and they delivered the wrong item. The customer service team was frankly quite rude and did not take any accountability for the mistake and the inconvenience that this has caused.
