Wow! Just wow! I do not understand how people can work in the food service industry and not have ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I was placing an order online for a cookie cake and called in to make sure it wasn't going to come out pink like the colors on the birthday example being that cake was for a man. I purchased a sandwich and cookies on my visit. Everything was extremely fresh! The staff was excellent! I definitely will be going back! I love the atmosphere!!!
