This is the worst place to pick up a load I have ever been to. I have been waiting for over 10 hours and still haven't been loaded. Please cancel the load when you see this address. The scheduled time was 10am, now it is 8:30pm.

If I could go lower with stars, I would. They will not take you early. My appointment is for 3 PM; it's currently 4:15 PM, and I still haven't even been placed in a door. There are trucks still here from the first time that I came at 10:45 this morning. The moral of the story is, when you come here, be prepared to tip off dispatch to request detention pay because you will be here for a while. *No overnight parking (Walmart will allow you to park) *Long Wait times (3hr minimum) *Not a welcoming or nice woman in gaurd shack. *... read more

Great experience! I had an 8 AM appointment the next day but checked in at 6 PM the evening before. The security guard was friendly and welcoming, and the front desk staff was also great. I was promptly assigned a door and was out by 9 PM. Very efficient and excellent service overall.
