I've been going to nestle nails for years. Recently, they changed ownership and it wasn't for the better. The new manager is rude and unprofessional to her employees as well as the customers. I was getting a mani by Lynn when the manager made a huge scene and was very rude to lynn for no reason. I couldn't even enjoy my manicure because she kept yelling at lynn. Under new ownership. I was treated very rudely by the "new manager" after being a loyal customer for 4 years, she wouldn't do my nails without an appt. I have never made an appointment because I don't mind waiting for someone to be free. I will miss the girls that work there, but will go somewhere where they appreciate the customer.

I used to love coming here but the last few times I’ve gotten my nails done they fall off within days!!! I spend $90+ per full set and the least they can do is last 2 weeks. They rush their work and use low quality materials. Also, while I was there Lynn was mocking a client for her voicing that she was being too rough. First pedicure I've ever had, andI should have stuck with doing it myself. I asked her not to cut my nails, instead file them, and she cut my nails! Then, I don't have ingrown toenails, but she cut into my big toes along the side like I did, and now my toe is infected. I immediately left and started spraying it with antibacterial spray. I've been doing peroxide and Neosporin for days, and it's STILL infected. NEVER AGAIN!
