I became a member when this location first opened, and I frequented it when I both worked and lived in this area at different points in time. I truly believe excellent customer service can go a long way in retaining brand loyalty. Earlier today (on the evening of April 9) nothing could make me walk out quicker than an unpleasant greeting from an employee at the till that scolded me about the way I entered the store.
