Completely told me that they thought it was a certain diagnosis told me they were absolutely sure so I spent thousands of dollars on test just for them to come back and tell me nothing different than what I went into it with. I am appalled and I’ve never been to a vet that was like this, and then the doctor proceeded to basically ignore my concerns on the phone and get super defensive.

Dr. Murray opened her practice on an off day just to see our little Max. Although his injury was not able to be helped with surgery, her kindness saved him from a weekend of suffering. Her office staff was also so sensitive and caring. Although it wasn't the ending I would have hoped for, she was honest with her prognosis and recommendations. Even allowed the family to come in for a last goodbye - he was loved, and they allowed us to make sure he knew he was loved to the very end.
Dr.Murray is exceptional!
