Extremely bad customer service from the lady today when I tried to book an appointment. She was giving snarky rude comments when I was simply trying to book an appointment. I can't believe this place has almost 5 stars. I will go to another place.
replaced my septic tank. Started the job on time and did a great job and charged less than the estimate!
A big "thank you" to Nest & Sons Inc -Tom for a great service! We just had our first time new septic pumped and it was a breeze. On time, very knowledgeable, good prices and most importantly a family businesses with 33 years of experience. Definitely would recommend their services to everyone with septic needs or concerns. See you in 3 years again on our next service. Niko & Rachel from Biddeford!!!
I was in a very emergency situation with a crushed septic pipe at a fully occupied multi unit. Taylor and his team took my call, reshuffled their day and were onsite within a couple hours, excavator and all!! They were respectful, communicative, funny and professional. They absolutely saved me from a bad situation. Thank you guys!! Highly recommend.
Taylor and his crew were exceptional! On a Saturday, our septic system’s transfer pump malfunctioned. Taylor got back to me within an hour, scheduling a crew and ensuring everything was ready and operational by Monday. I can’t express my gratitude enough for their professionalism, the high quality of their work, and their remarkable speed and efficiency. Thank you very much!
