Naturally some tenants will complain about their property manager, but as an investor and client, I am very impressed with Nest and their property manager Gina Do in Prince Rupert. 5 star service and excellent management. Highly recommended!
Reached out to the property owner for an on going issue to find out he wasn't aware of it. I put a request in through the portal and multiple calls to the managers being told they don't have an update and theyll get back to me. After reaching out to the actual owner he sent a handyman in the next day and it was resolved, it hadn't been brought to his attention

Extremely disappointing experience dealing with one of the licensed representatives at this company. I encountered a woman in the office a few weeks ago who was incredibly dismissive, condescending, and unprofessional until she realized I was a potential client. Every question felt like a burden to her, and I left feeling more frustrated than helped.
