Extremely disappointing experience dealing with one of the licensed representatives at this company. I encountered a woman in the office a few weeks ago who was incredibly dismissive, condescending, and unprofessional until she realized I was a potential client. Every question felt like a burden to her, and I left feeling more frustrated than helped. Nest properties left us without hot water for THREE days while ignoring as many texts and calls as possible. They are " trying " to set an appointment for MONDAY to fix the hot water. Meanwhile the plumbing company has been IGNORED by nest for these three days because they want to fix it sooner. This is just one of a slew of problems from this company. Do NOT rent from them at all costs.
Believe all the 1-star reviews here and avoid giving Nest your hard-earned money, as that is clearly all they care about. I was a tenant of a building they took over so had no choice, but would have avoided them due to their poor reputation in PG. I was taken by surprise learning that Nest took over, as there was no forewarning or heads up, and residents were simply given a piece of paper letting them know they could now send their rent to Nest.
