Deceitful business practices, staff will blatantly lie to wrangle unsuspecting customers into a fixed term lease. Be very careful about dealing with them and be ready to file with the residential tenancy branch. Disgusted with their practices.
It took the rental board to award me double my damage deposit back until they finally returned it to me.
