I strongly advise against renting from this company. They seem to be unclear about existing damages, which could lead to unfair charges when you move out, if you don't argue with them to check it with the previously clicked pictures of property. Kenneth clark is the most unprofessional property manager in Prince George! My landlord hired Nest Property to fix the place up. To my surprise they showed up unannounced on my property without my consent to put an eviction notice on my door. My roof is caving in the washing machine has been broke for a month and instead of fixing these issues they are trying to remove us. My experience with Nest Property is horrible. My landlord hired Nest Property to fix the place up. To my surprise they showed up unannounced on my property without my consent to put an eviction notice on my door.
