For some technical reasons, Clint agreed that Nest wasn’t the right fund for me; but even after that he spent some time explaining a few tax points I wasn’t familiar with and provided me with some options which I had not thought of before. This is our second year investing in the Nest Fund. Our initial goal was to reduce taxes, and we liked the idea of being part of an effort to develop high quality affordable homes for families in urban areas. We are already seeing gains in our investment. In addition, the team at Nest communicates regularly and gives us succinct straight forward updates on the Fund. They welcome questions, feedback, and are business partners that feel like family.
