Working at one of the store locations Nest has a contract with. For half a year getting paid for the cleaning and filling out work orders was fine. But for the past two months, they have been holding back payments resulting in not being paid almost $15k. Refusing us to get a proper response and would be childish saying we cant bring up the matter to any of the store people at the place I clean for and threaten to take away contracts if we brought it into a court matter. We did a job for them for a party city back in December 2024 for $700 they went out of business party city a few month later so because of that they are using that as an excuse not to pay us for our services that We did for them not party city. I Spent time and money on labor and materials to help support them. I am Very disappointed. And will not do any work for them again.

Working for NEST, I was told new vendors who were signed up with us were told of the payment terms. New vendors were often confused though. They could choose a 7 day or 30 day payment term to get paid faster, but they deduct some of the total pay to get paid faster. They also get paid based on when the signed work order was submitted not when work was completed. Company lays off experienced workers after hiring new ones for less. Like all companies that say you’re like family stay away they’re the relative that’ll pull the plug ASAP.

Been doing work for nest for the last 7-8 month and it is been a great experience, easy process and payments on time.
