Went to the store about 8 months ago to try out mattress and store attendants are very helpful, not pushy, and patient. I bought one mattress and it’s the most comfortable mattress I’ve been sleeping on. My favourite part is that the top latex layer is exchangeable and is enclosed with a zipper. Love this brand

Edit2: Updated hours now reflected on Google Maps by Owner. We tried to visit 8/15/2022 right after work from Redmond but the store had closed early. We got there at 6:20pm when the store hours were set for 7pm. Recommend calling before trying to visit. The plan was to try the different mattresses before the online sale ended that day as we had just discovered there was a Seattle store. Edit in response to owner: Google maps lists Mon - Fri from 11AM - 7PM as store hours.
Fantastic customer service! Great products for sound sleeping!
Service was warm and welcoming without being pushy, delivery was quicker than expected (we expected to wait about 3-4 weeks but it took just 1!) and we’re enjoying a good nights rest with their plush hybrid and tencel sheets. Def recommend.
