No customer service! Unless you value an unresponsive chat bot or answering machine! Purchased online goods on the 28/12 - no communication available after spending over $800! I have called, left messages and sent emails via the website with no response! Turns out after contacting the 3 party collection store, Cafe Lighting, the aspen lamps I purchased are not even available until early February! If you’re looking for a seamless customer experience, I suggest shops elsewhere!! Orders#1455 and #1454
Nest living have been amazing to deal with. Fast communication and delivery was a breeze. I had contact with the owner, who helped with how to keep the rug clean and what vacuum setting to use. Stunning rug and homewares. Can't wait for my new couch so I can buy some matching cushions. Highly recommended Nest living .
Purchased two bedside table lamps. Communication in relation to delivery was excellent and so is the quality of the lamps. Looking to purchase a rug now, however there are too many options which is making my decision extremely difficult!
