The customer service provided to my 90 year old friend was terrible. She spent a lot of money for an expensive couch, but discovered it was very uncomfortable when it was delivered. When she complained, a man from Nest Featherings left a voice mail telling her there was nothing wrong with that couch - but they could put inserts in it if she wanted to pay for the inserts. What reason would there be to put inserts in a couch if there was nothing wrong with it? lThey told her she coulld not return it.
Oh wow! What an awesome store! They have excellent products and wonderful prices! Can't find furniture that's beautiful and affordable anywhere else other than Nest Featherings! Would definitely recommend all of you to check it out! Guaranteed you will not be disappointed!! So glad I found this!!
