The crew showed up late multiple days and left early without completing much. What was promised to be a 3-day job turned into nearly 3 weeks of delays and excuses. They left trash and old shingles scattered around my yard. Communication was terrible, and I constantly had to chase them for updates. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service.

This roofing contractor quoted me one price, then added several unexpected "extra charges" halfway through the job. I felt cornered into paying more just to get the job finished. The quality of the work was mediocre at best, with shingles already lifting just a few months after installation. Save yourself the trouble and go with someone more honest and transparent.

I hired this roofing company to fix a leak over my kitchen, and within two weeks, the leak returned—worse than before. When I called to have them come back and take a look, they gave me the runaround and eventually stopped answering my calls altogether. I spent thousands expecting a professional job, but now I’m back to square one with more damage than I started with. Extremely disappointed.

Dean was great to work with, checked in with us through the whole process, and sent out an awesome crew to complete the work! The work was done in a timely matter especially considering the storm that caused a ton of work around the valley!
