While Nest has some positive reviews - our experience was far from positive. We were given several quotes for projects with no details - which left us with no idea of what work was being paid for and completed. We were given subsequent quotes and bills for items we thought were covered in prior qoutes/invoices that they said were not. Nest builders, with Jonathan at the helm, anticipated our vision and created the home of our dreams! We hired them for post-closing home renovations. We had no idea where to begin but Jonathan guided us patiently and creatively throughout the entire process. The workmanship is stellar. Hired Nest for post closing work on new home. Tiled main floor, bathroom, painted house, installed steam shower, new bathtub, 52 high hats, and much more. And general construction advice. Dealt with Jonathan and Amanda. Always responsive to my queries. Which were many. Work proceeded as planned.
We are extremely pleased with the professionalism and high- quality work Nest Builders is providing as our home is being transformed from an older, outdated home to a beautiful modern one.
