Very cheap
Rented space this week and moved things in. The rental process was made easy by the professionalism and knowledge of Dawn. The property is very clean and I am, so far, impressed.
The management is always good to work with. Dawn is always willing to listen and work with me. I would recommend my friends rent from her.

July 2, 2025. It won't let me respond to comments left. There is old stuff there boss. The last management company had compassion and worked with their tenants. This management company has let homeless people live in the units and still doesn't have it under control after many months. I am the maintenance guy, I was asked to give quotes nearly 2 months ago with zero response. I even reached out to the owner personally about these maintenance requests and he pushed it off on the district manager who would reach out to me in a... read more
