Unfortunately I’m stuck living in these crapy apartments but basically roach infested and horrible maintenance issues. They refuse to fix A/C and flooding problems. The pool looks shady as well and I would never swim in it. They took forever to fix a leak in the bathroom and possible mold issues as well. Update: found out that they’ve been charging me a pet fee which I don’t have any pets. Beware of them trying to charge you fees.

Pros: cheap base rent welcoming is nice Cons: dismissive of major issues or will gaslight u on why they cant or its normal, nickel and dime u everywhere they can. So as it stands i do not recommend a stay here had much better experience elsewhere. For the price u pay u expect things to work when u move in or at least her fixed. Only came here cuz i got a free month and was recommend this place not knowing issues were handled this way. I moved here a couple months ago and so far I love it! I’ve only had a couple minor very fixable very common issues. And they’re accommodating AND swift with what needed to get done. Maintenance is very nice, the leasing staff are awesome, so far I love this apartment and the complex. Neighbors are really friendly. I don’t really have anything to complain about! I’d recommend this place to someone.
