I had my 2015 taxes completed at Ness Tax. They committed an error in my return causing me to receive a letter from the IRS stating I owed another $1,050. I initially went in to discuss with Ness. They offered no remedy for their error. After I complained, they escalated to the owner, Tim Ness. He offered me, only the interest charged by the IRS and repayment only the form where the error was committee - not the return of all prep fees.
