I had my 2015 taxes completed at Ness Tax. They committed an error in my return causing me to receive a letter from the IRS stating I owed another $1,050. I initially went in to discuss with Ness. They offered no remedy for their error. After I complained, they escalated to the owner, Tim Ness. He offered me, only the interest charged by the IRS and repayment only the form where the error was committee - not the return of all prep fees. AVOID THIS PLACE!! YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR NOTHING!! WARNING! my wife stopped in to ask questions ONLY, had her taxes done at Library, but these A-Holes continue to send us bills, simply for asking questions! are you kidding me? This place & the morons working there are a joke!
