They're the best! Staff is so nice. Clean modern flagship in the middle of Union Sq. Perfect place to cool down as summer approaches. Try coffee at the bars and buy a machine and stop having mediocre kcups and go for Nespresso pods instead!
I love the energy and customer service at this place. The staff is incredibly welcoming and took the time to explain everything about the coffee. I especially appreciated that they offered samples, allowing customers to try different options before choosing. The coffee was served in beautiful glass cups, which added a nice touch to the experience. Staff are terribly rude and lack basic customer service skills. Especially when it came to assistance with sampling coffee.
Gimmicky store where nothing works. Team is nice but they’ll have you use a self-checkout that doesn’t work and then you’ll be forced to get in line to pay even if you’ve already made your selection. If you’re just trying to buy pods, buy online instead and don’t waste your time
