I don't understand why someone would give a one star review! This place is so beautiful with the BEST customer service! As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted with a beautiful smile and offered limited edition tasting. The associates in the store were eager to help me with any questions I have and the self select service is easy to use, as long as I have the app on my phone! I highly recommend this store; it's very good. They also offer free coffee tastings, and you can see all the different machines. The service and the staff's attitude are excellent. I highly recommend it and you'll leave very satisfied. Thank you, Nespresso! 🙏🏻👏☕️🫶
I had a very frustrating experience with an online order, including multiple confirmation emails for an item that wasn’t actually available and unexpected system issues when I arrived at the Flatiron boutique. It easily could have been a terrible customer service experience. Fortunately, Ahmed Farag, the Store Manager, completely turned things around.
