I have called nespresso several times because mold is appearing in my pods. I believe the machine is culprit. I asked for my nespresso machine and pods to be replaced but rhonda customer relations rep and other reps refused. I've emailed ceo with no response.
Nespresso Cust service stinks! They're recycling process is broken and after 9 months they ignore the issue. They don't pickup pods. Fleet Optics ignores the pickup process. I have 54 bags and counting. Canceling my account. Switching to a better drip coffee. Update** Fleet Optics responded and we worked out a proper solution. Nespresso nowhere to be found. J'aime beaucoup votre café et je commande souvent. Mon mari et moi avons chacun un compte chez Nespresso. En revanche, votre système de livraison est pourrie. Ils ne livrent pas a la bonne addresse ou ils ne livrent pas, mais disent que ça a été livré. Vous devriez changer de compagnie.

Il faut absolument éviter d’acheter leurs machines, le services après ventre c’est de l’arnaque total. En plus y’a aucun email où on peux leurs écrire… juste appelé au Maroc pour leurs service
