FYI this boutique is located inside Macy's on the 1st floor, right by the luggage section. We had a nice experience, Tracy was super helpful and friendly
The "team leader" sales associate had no interest telling us about the various machines available. Even with something as basic as showing us how to open/close the unit, we were greeted with sass and attitude. Turned us off on the whole experience and brand.
