I got a new Nespresso machine for Christmas and was excited to visit and get some new pods. The gentleman who helped me was really polite and gave recommendations based on what I liked. There are a lot of options to choose from, but he was able to pinpoint a few that I went home with and ended up loving! He even sent me home with a limited edition sample and some pre-labeled bags for used pods. I will be back when I need to re-up!

Not sure how educated the employees are. I asked a guy there for espresso pods. And gave it to my fiancé as a gift, but he tells me I got coffee pods instead... Next time I'll do research online. The employees don't know the difference between coffee and espresso..

I love my Nespresso machine. We’ve always ordered the pods on the Nespresso website but were excited to visit their store for the first time. We were pretty disappointed. Nothing in the store they don’t offer online and the staff acted like we were in the way by coming into the store. They also acted super annoyed when I asked about new flavors and recommendations to try. I definitely recommend just buying your pods online and skipping the store.

The service at this store is terrible. I have had three different experiences over the last couple of years where I was passed over, despite being in line, to help someone else behind me; assumed to not be buying anything—despite having a list of sleeves to order; or just treated rudely—I once asked a question of the associate behind the register/sleeve counter and a manager said to repeat the question to him because the sales associate has a line—but there was no line when I got there (one person just showed up in the line)... read more
