They made it nearly impossible to spend money. Somebody asked me if I needed help I asked for decaf espresso pods. She then immediately turned around and helped somebody else check them out and then moved down to another guest. This experience makes me regret buying several hundred dollar espresso machine.
No no no. They are a scam. If you try to return something. They will tell you policy is to wait 30days. Then after 30 days they will tell you they had a “system issue” where they cant issue you a refund and that it will take another 30days. While on hold waiting for an answer from customer service they didnt realize they put me on hold and i was listening to them have a conversation about finding ways not to refund me for my payment type not being eligible and as soon as i said i can hear you, i paid by credit card they hung... read more
