You really get the full Nespresso experience at this location. It’s quite big and the staff are super friendly and great. They really work with you to find out your preference and coffee is and what machine would work best for you. They would’ve offered me more than one cup of coffee if I hadn’t said no just so I can get exactly what I wanted! Very negative experience. We were immediately stopped at the door and interrogated on if we were going to buy something. We explained that we owned a Nespresso machine and wanted to look at their selection of pods. The salesperson just kept stopping us as we tried to peruse the selection to keep asking if we were making a purchase. The vibe was very much "buy something and leave". Don't bother going here, they informed us there are no in-store specials and we should just order online.

There is no food at Madison Ave, 74 St. Coffee that is brewed on the main floor is always made well. I purchase the capsules in this location. My first encounter upon entering the store that day, was the store manager. When I returned again, glad she was not there. Not friendly as she took my name to then wait for sales assistance. The sales rep was keen on various products, etc.
