This store is my favorite!! I love coming here to restock on the delicious coffee pods. There’s a new edition with blue bottle coffee and I was happy to find in stock. I want to emphasize on the sweet person that helped me and made me feel co comfortable and welcome: PERCY!! So sweet. Also made me a delicious coffee with a new flavor coconut vanilla. I went into the Madison Ave store this morning to simply buy 2 sleeves of pods and go. I was riding my foldable bike and easily folded it down when somebody (full of attitude) said I had to set the bike next to the wall - there was 1 customer in the empty store and the bike was secure. Ok, so I moved the bike next to the wall, and attitude customer-help asked for my name and phone number since I had to be placed in a queue - what queue?! There was only 1 other customer there. I walk in there and no hello I get “can I help you but not in a welcoming way. More like what do you want. Okay I ask the lady about the offers they have she telling me whatever we have in store.” I’m just looking at her like lady you ok?!
