Love the staff at Highpoint. So professional and knowledgeable across all the machines. I love my machine
Jamie and Jake were absolutely incredible. They were so knowledgeable and patient, they even made me two coffees so that I could try the pods I was thinking about buying. They treated me as a guest, not just as a customer spending money. Expensive pods but the customer service is well worth it.
Espy and Suvy were the best. They made me 3 coffees and I ended up buying all of them, fantastic salespeople 10/10 would recommend.
