Massive shoutout to Sophia! She is fantastic at her job, genuinely. She greeted me, asked if I wanted a coffee, walked around to my table to provide me with my napkin and drink. Made me feel warm and welcome, she’s warm kind and funny. I saw her treat everyone the same which is the best part. Major shoutout!
