Terrible customer service. Was excited to visit while in town, ended up being ignored and dismissed by the older gentleman working, then watched him get into it verbally with another customer simply because that customer stated he was being rude and disrespectful and he wanted to be treated with respect while shopping. At this point I walked out in disbelief and decided to just order my pods online usual.

Do you treat every walk-in customer like they’re only here for a free coffee? There was no introduction, no guidance, and essentially no service at all. Very disappointing. Yesterday we walked in hoping to ask why the Vertuo machines produce so much crema. The store was busy, and while we were looking at the machines, we may have been briefly in a staff member’s way. ordered a machine and multiple coffee sleeves here with one of the shop employees because we imagined service would be good, order got delivered to a wrong address. now have to wait another week for a new delivery or pick it up at the wrong (unconfirmed) address ourselves, which is over an hour travel...

Very disappointing experience at this Nespresso. No one approached me, I had to ask for help myself, and the staff seemed cold and uninterested, which is not what you expect from a sales associate. What made it worse was that when a white customer came in later, they were treated much more warmly and even offered a tasting, while I was not. This felt discriminatory and made me uncomfortable.
