I’ve been here twice and both times I felt like I was a burden to the employees. I’ve spoken to 4 different employees over the two visits and all of them were so rude. I’m truly so confused. I’ve had a Nespresso machine for 6 years and wanted to ask some questions about the pods and intensity, flavors, etc. Anyway, poor experience both times. It could be such a cool resource for those who love their Nespresso machine. I bought pods both times too, and still felt like they just wanted me to buy my pods and get out of the way.

Yesterday afternoon at around 2:30pm, I looked over the Nespresso pod menu at the Chestnut Hill store as someone who had not tried Nespresso products before and the only female employee there rudely asked me what my number was so she could look up my account, and I said that I didn’t have an account but that I would like to try some coffee before establishing myself as a customer. The employee here was very rude. I did not know I had to ask someone to purchase the pods, and I was just looking at the boxes. Then this one employee tells me I should not be touching the boxes and I should ask him to get them for me. The overall attitude and tone was very rude. I just left without buying.
