Staff was nice, check out took a while, but they don’t offer any non-dairy milks to try the sample coffee so that was a bummer
Yesterday we went to buy an espresso machine for our home, but from the moment we arrived the customer service experience was very disappointing. We walked around the store for quite a while waiting for an advisor to approach us. This is supposed to be a point of sale, so you would expect the people hired there to actually want to SELL. Eventually a guy helped us, but only because he saw us approaching the area where they serve coffee and probably thought we just wanted free coffee.
