had such a great experience at Nespresso! The gentleman who helped me was absolutely amazing and provided exceptional customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely made the experience enjoyable. I unfortunately didn’t catch his name, but I really wanted to take a moment to recognize his amazing service. As someone who truly appreciates great customer service, I was very impressed. Thank you for making my visit such a positive experience!
Don’t use single use waste in your own home every time you want a cup of coffee. Less than 30% of Nespresso pods worldwide get recycled and the rest end up in landfills! People should be lessening the amount of single use items they use. We are in a climate crisis. Nespresso should make a compostable option. Or just regular espresso machines without the aluminum waste.
Brian is so helpful and incredibly knowledgeable! I’m new to Nespresso, and he helped me choose the perfect machine for me. The store is amazing, and I even got to enjoy free tastings of my favourite espresso from Colombia. ☕️🇨🇴 Nespresso truly has a gem with Brian! Kudos to him for making my experience so special. ⭐️
