A store refusing cash is one of the most customer-unfriendly policies I’ve seen. I wasn’t asking for credit. I wasn’t asking for a discount. I was trying to buy coffee with money. Apparently having money wasn’t enough.
I was truly impressed by their customer service!! Sadaf helped me to explore new tastes and she was super knowledgeable about different machines and also notes. She was very patient and her passion for coffee was really inspiring. Sadaf understood exactly what i like and also shared information about my taste palette. Great job Sadaf 👏 I will recommend this store to everyone ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Honestly, I will never return. The lady who helped me seemed frustrated and in a bad mood. I even asked if she was having a bad day, and she replied, “No, not a bad day, just bad people.” I understand customer service can be difficult, but I’d rather not spend my money at this store anymore.
