We always enjoy starting our mornings at the office with a cup of Nespresso! Stopping in here to have a nice chat and order more is always an amazing experience!
First time Nespresso owner. Super overwhelmed by the selection. Sunna the staff member is truly a gem. I told her I literally just got my machine and have no idea what I’m looking for. I’m one of those people who changes their coffee order depending on mood (I have almost all lower cost brewing methods- Moka pot, French Press, Vietnamese Phin, Turkish coffee pot). This is our standard Nespresso Boutique. We live in Guelph, so we make our monthly pilgrimage here. The service here is always friendly and fun. Today, we had the pleasure of being taken care of by a trainer and a trainee. The trainer was so great walking the trainer through a simple process. They never stopped smiling a genuine smile. I complimented them of their awesome Nespresso Pride pin. I'm so happy that this company, and this store is so inclusive. I always have a great experience here. Thank you so much.
It was my first time coming to a boutique and this location was very quick and easy experience ordering my Nespresso pods. The woman at the desk was wonderful and helped me right away. Friendly, efficient service that made the whole process smooth and enjoyable!
