The welcome, guidance and expertise here was exceptional with Parmas and I really enjoyed it. My coffee journey has been elevated!
Was told in store that if i purchased 10 sleeves I would recieve a $100 discount and a free gift. When I got home it turns out that no it was auctually a $100 gift for $19 (an $81 rebate). When i contacted nespresso, no way to actually contact the store itself, i was told it was final sale. If staff are resorting to this type of misleading sales technique they clearly need more training.
Had an amazing experience here. Reza showed he was very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations!
