I had my worst customer service there today. Both the cashier and manager treated me like I was a waste of their time. I was corrected when I said I purchased my Vertuo 2 months ago, and told, “it says May!” (2 months ago). Neither employee should be representing any part of your company.
Truly despicable customer service. So rude. Manager is horrible too.
Simply one of the worst customer experiences of my life. Incredibly rude staff and incredibly rude manager. I was with my mother trying to help her buy her first set of capsules and the man and his manager were incredibly rude to her. No help, no manner. Nothing. Will never be going back
We had excellent service today. The store representative, Anna, was so kind and personable and it seemed like a genuine conversation. She gave us her personal recommendations and provided samples despite the store not able to do full sampling of all the products today due to issues out of their control. Thanks Anna!
So apparently this store had a flood so their terminals aren’t working. One employee told me it should be fixed in an hour. I hung around and it’s not fixed. Then I’m being told now that it’s likely going to be another few hours!
