Absolutely useless experience. Know what you want and just want to buy it? No, sorry, you have to take a buzzer and wait for a coffee specialist to consult with you. Don’t have 15 minutes to wait for a the one specific product you came for? Then I guess you’re just not part of their metric. Pretentious to the Nth degree. Hope Nespresso is ready for a major drop in sales from people who just don’t have that kind of time to invest.
Noel is an absolute delight. Always a pleasure visiting the Sherway location.
This is AWFUL!!!! The worst and demeaning retail experience ever. They created some sort of fancy cafe boutique atmosphere where you wait in line to buy pods while people at cash registers sip coffee!! So, 15 minutes later, I left the store without buying a thing - simply, noone even care. There must have been 10 employees around me, making coffee for idle people, chatting with customers at cash registers (while they drink coffee??). Whose idea was this?? The buzzer system is a JOKE. // ** if you really cared about the in-store experience, you would listen to the multiple other comments voicing how unpleasant it is to shop at this location. Or you can just keep copy & pasting the same response. That's probably easiest, isn't it?
Do not come here if you want service of any kind. We arrived just to buy a giftcard, we're given a device that told us there were 5 people ahead of us, we waited around 30min and then were told to go to Desk A, we go to desk A and the customer service agent, Justina, decided to take another couple who went to the wrong line and had told them it was fine to take our spot.
