Feels like everyone is in a bad mood. They want you to buy several sleeves in one go, however they will only let you try the ones in the main counter which consist of limited types making it hard to choose among the dozens of flavors. Not to mention that if you ask for details for each of them, the staff will tell you to “check the website” as they don’t know the details nor is there a place with all the information available (they have screens that show them, but they only last 5 seconds and you can’t stop them)

⭐ Very Disappointed with Nespresso – Poor Reliability I am extremely disappointed with my Nespresso machine. After only three years of use, my machine stopped working, and I am now being asked to pay $160 to have it repaired. I expected much better quality and durability from a brand like Nespresso.
