I really love Nespresso the coffee the atmosphere and the design, unfortunately the service is not equal to the quality of the product I do understand that it sells by itself and when we go there we already a buyer but most of the time you feel like you are bothering them and they are doing a favor. Not all the stuff, I've been to Nespresso in Paris and Miami and it's really different. But overall I like going there
Did the masterclass today with Lilith and David were both very good with lots of knowledge about the coffees and what we made. Lots of energy from both made it a very fun experience.

I placed my order online and added my new address, making sure to select that new address. My order was then delivered to the wrong address, and they claimed that I had changed it after I placed the order. But where is the proof that I changed it after? I don’t even know how to do that, and they haven’t provided me with any evidence to back up their claim. $80 worth of coffee down the drain!!
