The office manager was fantastic and assisted me with my inspection. The tech was just as professional.
My two technicians arrived (45 minutes off of the originally scheduled time) but, the company called me 30 minutes before my appointment to inform me of the unavoidable delay .. That was extremely professional of them and very much appreciated by me .. The service was clean, courteous and very well executed... they kept me informed and showed me any and all areas that were addressed by them. It was a very good service and took a very modest amount of time... I would recommend them to my neighbors.
November's (2023) multiple mini split installation was on time and they responded quickly to City's inspection list. Service tech just performed maintenance and inspection.. All systems go...
Second time we needed service from Nespolo. Like the first time, just excellent service. The technician, Javier, delightful to deal with, professional and personal. He did a thorough investigation and resolved all our problems. First class! Also, very reasonable service fees. Nespolo comes highly recommended ! Tomas
