Simply the best company I've used. 4th time they cleaned for me and they never disappoint us. Very knowledgeable and on time.
Guy seemed nice but my couch smells worse since he cleaned it! he called because i contacted the company and told me i would have to get some kind of injections which would be unsafe for the baby and be More expensive, which I understand that. He told me when he cleaned it a little bit of the smell might be there after cleaning it but he did not tell me it could smell worse he also told my mother in law he will not come back out to see what’s going on so now i’m out over $200 and have a worse smelling couch the more there cl... read more
Geno was great to work with! He responded promptly to my inquiry online and was able to fit me in the very next day. I actually forgot to mention an area of carpeting that needed cleaned, and he did not charge me for it. He kept the original quoted price. Not many people would do that nowadays. Definitely would recommend him If you need your carpets cleaned
Very satisfied with the way my carpet came out looking and smelling! Worth the monies! The carpet technician; Jude was very nice and had lots of great tips for us since we have several pets! Highly recommend this company. Great service!
I actually scheduled with zero Rez and that's what I got - zero. They stated that my house was too far from the main road and the hoses wouldn't reach so they could not service my house. After searching for another carpet cleaner I came across Neshoff's so I called and left a message Geno called back and stated that he could handle the job no problem, so I scheduled an appointment and Geno himself showed up and brought portable equipment and did a beautiful professional job at a fantastic price.
