Office staff is severely lacking in customer service skills. The receptionist never spoke, but had her head buried in her phone. I waited 40 minutes past appointment time to be called back. Not an apology for the wait or explanation. Once in the back, the nurse equaled the receptionist's lack of rapour. She stated the doctor would be in "after awhile". I asked how long that would be and she couldn't answer. She looked miserable the whole time. I made the decision to leave. I'm sure he's a fine doctor.
