Best in Chicago! The meat was so tender and the chicken so well-spiced. Food quality 💯 for such a reasonable price. Above all, the place was clean and the staff were friendly. From now on this is going to be my go-to for a quick but healthy bite in Chicago.
Tried the steak shawarma and falafel wrap which is listed as one of their signature items…not good at all. The shawarma meat was served cold and was flavorless. Spicy “shatta” sauce did not have a good flavor nor was spicy. The wrap was overloaded with sauces and hummus which overpowered the flavor overall so you couldn’t taste the protein at all. Overall, very disappointing and much better Middle Eastern options available in Chicago.
Honestly the food is nice and warm the service is really good it isn’t like chipotle the portion sizes are good and the rice bowls have good portion sizes and the lentil soup is really good 10/10.
The lady who made my food touched my vegetables with her bare hands. The pita they serve are cold to the touch and the prices are unreasonable for the portion size you receive
