For the tear in my armchair cushion, I used service by Nesco Upholstery and Design to have it remade (w/ fabric in different color). They did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I'd use their service again for other upholstery and re-upholstery needs.
Amazing workmanship.
I am happy to recommend Nesco and if you live in the environs of NYC there is no reason to look any further if you need something upholstered. I have had my 8 dining room chairs reupholstered a few years ago (my supplied material) and recently a den chair (with a velvet fabric I chose from their samples). Very happy with their service, timing, and quality workmanship. Fair warning: Nesco is in a large, busy, messy warehouse in Brooklyn but the finished product is all I care about.
