I would avoid this practice at all cost. Wasted almost 2 grand of a retainer for the occasional email. Needed help establishing a parenting plan. John at no point made any headway by filing with the court or assisting in anyway. After about 3 months I fired John and lost 2 grand for him sending a couple emails to a lawyer that wouldn’t respond and a couple phone calls.
John mediated a very confrontational parenting plan case for our family and did an amazing job! He was very professional but also very real about the expectations and working towards an agreement in the best interest of the child. I would HIGHLY recommend John for mediation services!!
