The Nesbit Agency in Mankato MN was fantastic to work with. I was shopping around for comparable coverage for my home and auto. They found me equal or better coverage for much lower premiums. Nick in the Mankato office made sure he understood all my concerns and answered all of my questions, and I had a lot of them! I have already recommended the Nesbit Agency to other family members

I don't recommend. Called to get a quote. Was told noone will be available for a few days. I said I expected more to the first person who picked up the phone. She got frustrated with me raised her voice and hung up on me when I asked to speak to her boss because we were talking past each other. Then wouldn't pick up the phone so left a message explaining what happened.
