This place has the worst customer service ever! I’ve been here 2 times now to rent forklift and every time I reserve the forklift days befor and I still show up and wait over a hour to get forklift hooked up to truck. It’s crazy how their employees run around and not know what’s going on.

Drove 4 hrs to buy a welder and the welder would not work. EVERYONE from the salesman (Jake) to the counter to the guys in the shop bent over backwards to correct the situation. Bad things happen to everyone, but how they are dealt with is the difference. Turned out to be a very positive experience. Thanks again guys!
